Customer Service Rep - Work from Home - On Call
Seeking a part time customer service rep to work from home and provide customer support. Communication with customers will be done by phone, some by email. There are no set hours... its an "on call" job where you keep an eye out for questions/inquiries throughout the day. We ask that you monitor customer inquiries at nights and on weekends, trying to respond to inquiries within 2 hours.
Required Skill Sets
Basic MS Office Skills
Manage Shopify (Training provided)
Manage Amazon FBA (Training provided)
Ability to problem solve
Occasional Box Lifting
Occasional trips to UPS to ship "one offs"
Inventory once a month
Expectations
On Call Job
Quick responses to customers (email or phone) within 2 hours
Monthly Reporting/Communication
Trouble Shooting
Evenings and weekend (monitoring/responses)
Inventory Management/Fulfillment (Amazon)
Build training documentation
May need to keep some inventory at your home
$2,400 year end bonus paid Jan 10 of each year.
