The Hearing Coordinator has responsibility for contacting and scheduling hearing representatives. Once scheduled, the Hearing Coordinator must relay pertinent information to internal office personnel within very strict timeframes. Pay 19.00 an hour
What you'll do
Contact hearing representatives via phone to discuss hearing schedules, hearing representative availability and hearing representative fees
Use a basic data base to input and extract information using a set of program commands
Access alphabetized information from various representative directories
Maintain detailed logs of phone contacts and phone conversations via input on a PC
Verify all work processed to ensure timely handling and that the work is complete and accurate
Negotiate and/or process fees with new or established independent hearing representatives and attorneys
What experience you need
Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1 year previous office experience with an emphasis on customer service

Basic understanding of PC functions
